Since being a member at Gym Mostyn I have found that rowing a couple of times per week has helped me with my overall fitness which in turn helps my hockey which I play at weekends.
By taking part with a class of other rowers I find the structured sessions most beneficial. As an alternative to running I fi nd the non-impact nature of indoor rowing useful so no aches and pains following a hard workout!
Sally & Jim offer a friendly environment in which to train and are always on hand to offer advice. I have only been attending for a couple of years and my only regret is not coming into this sport years ago! Thank you for the opportunity.
