Personal training is tailored to suit your needs, it will serve your own personal agenda for body-fat management, rehabilitation or improvement in your speed, endurance and power.

It is a unique and cost-effective way of aligning the nuts and bolts of your body. Half-hour and one-hour sessions are available.
