The sessions are put together for groups and individuals. They are made to improve core strength mobility, which allows participants to make progress in all aspects of their sport. Gym Mostyn will tailor the sessions for the team's particular sport.
GYM MOSTYN has compiled group sessions for teams ranging from 1 hour to full day courses (these include nutrition and Mental Game plan workshops). This is a more cost effective training scheme and it is aimed to bring together members of the club to train as a team and improve as a team.
The sessions are set out to improve all aspects of the team's core strength, power and flexibilty in order that they can perform as naturally and freely as possible
- It is a chance for people who don't want to go to a gym or train on their own, to do vital work for their game in the company of friends and like-minded people in a relaxed, but hard working, atmosphere.

- DAY COURSE - £20 per person attending (minimum 10 people)
- TRAINING DAY SPECIAL - UP TO 30 PLAYERS £400 all-inclusive.
- 1 HOUR SESSION - £60 / team (upto 10 players)
- 2 HOUR SESSION - £100 / team (upto 10 players)
- INDIVIDUAL - £35 / hour
